Monday Free Write!

Happy Monday all!

Currently I'm in the middle of a major reorganization of my desk. And well I thought I would share one of my favorite parts... so far!

I know it doesn't seem like much; just a couple of books and binders, but its the slow start to what I think will be my happy spot on my desk. The books I hand selected to sit on my desk. (As opposed to the book cases that flank my desk). In that stash I have a couple classics, 1984 and Brave New World, Elements of Style, so maybe i learn proper grammar, The Man in the High Castle, because I love the show so much, and finally One Good Life, a memoir by my favorite blogger Jill Nystul. (Seriously if you haven't checked out One Good Thing by Jillee you are missing out!)

I know the book selection seems a little random. but in truth they are all books I've wanted to read (and some of them I should have read a while ago) and some books that I know I have to read if I want this blog to succeed. (I'm looking at you Elements of Style!). I would also like to add a couple of crafting books in there, too; just to round out the collection a bit more. But for now this is where it stands.

And its most definitely my little spot of sunshine on my always cluttered desk!
