Monday Free Write
Happy Monday All!
And a very happy welcome to my blog! For the past year and a half (or so) this has been my spot to create experiment, and overall learn how to blog. Things aren't exactly perfect yet, but I'm finally feeling confident to let everyone in on the blog.
So I guess I should start by explaining what exactly this blog is all about. I think this picture sums it up perfectly.
From the time we had Blue until the time we had Lion, and I guess a little after I was perfectly content being an Amazon Prime type if mom. Sure I crafted a couple of project, but nothing consistently. And I guess over all I just kind of lost that part of myself when I became a mother.
So after we had Lion and right before I returned back to work, I start working on this blog. It wasn't much at first; just some rambling free writes talking about projects I had in the works. (Mainly all about Lion's crib bumper, that I was hand sewing, so it was taking me forever!). And little by little and project after project I found my crafty self again and as I tried more and more things I discovered parts of myself I didn't know existed.
So that is what this blog is all about. Its about me trying (and sometimes failing) ideas found mostly on Pinterest. (And yes partly I try projects to see if they idea or tip actually works).
