The Easiest Way To Collect Seashells
Over the weekend we took a trip to my mom's house, so Mike could do a little work around her house. Once he was done we took a trip to the beach. And while Lion is now a huge fan of the water and swimming with Mike, Blue still doesn't like getting his face wet. So I spent some time playing with him on the shore line. The fun part of this was the amount of seashells I found along the shore line. Blue even took a little time from his sand play to help me collect some. And while I was collecting sea shells, i stumbled upon the easiest way to collect and rinse my sea shells.
The Tip
Use A Sand Sieve to Collect Sea Shells

My normal seashell collecting routine was simple. I would simply collect them in one a hand and then sink that hand in the ocean. It works well enough, but I could only collect a few shells at a time. And then I remembered I packed a sand sieve.
From then on out I was putting my seashells on the sieve and then I would dip it into the ocean. It made collecting and rinsing my seashells so easy.
Of course the shells will still need a deep cleaning, but this made them clean enough to transport back to my home!
