Monday Free Write

Was that not the craziest Super Bowl ever last night? All right, I didn't actually watch the game. I followed along on my computer until the falcons went up 28-3. I tried crocheting and following along, but that really did nothing for my frustrations.

So instead, I started doing busy work so I wouldn't think about how bad that game was going. Thankfully my friend Alex was there for me through text. (A real lifesaver that guy!)

So by the time I got that finally ESPN alert on my phone, stating that the patriots won, I couldn't believe and even today it doesn't feel like reality. And yet somehow it is! Throughout all the craziness, this has got to be my favorite picture.

I'm not a Steelers fan, but I love Terry Bradshaw. And there is just something special about Terry being the one to hand Tom the Lombardi Trophy. I can't explain it, but its really cool.

And now for the not so great news...

As you may have noticed, there were no new posts this week. And I don't anticipate a whole lot of posts for the next couple of weeks. I finally started my new job. And well its a brand new restaurant, so its still very stressful right now as we work out the kinks. So for now most of my energy is going there. And crafting (and everything else) is once again on the back burner... for now!

(And I guess that means that I really need to get serious about transferring all my posts over!)
