Results

There is nothing I love more than a basic recipe! Even if this one involves roll foil into balls for it.

I think my balls were a little smaller than normal, but I was able to fit enough in there to keep the chicken off the bottom of the crock pot.

So with my crock pot preset, it was time to season the chicken.

I really don't like touching raw meat, so seasoning the chicken and then rubbing in the seasoning was... an experience to say the least...

And one that I'm not in a rush to try again!

Afterwards I placed the chicken in the crock pot and then let it do all the hark work!

I was actually I little short on time, so I let it cook on low for 6 hours and then bumped it up to high for the last hour. (In hindsight I should have reversed that order, but you live and you learn right?)

Afterwards my chicken looked and smelled beautiful.

I, however, could figure out the best way to get it out of the crock pot. So in the end it came out chunks.

This just made it easier to dish out.

I served my chicken with some baked red potatoes. (Mike makes the best potatoes and I try to plan my meals around what I can serve them with)

And as always I had my official taste tester try it out

And needless to say he was thrilled with the outcome, as always!
