Crocheting a Faux Turban Ear Warmer
After making four hats over December, I wasn't quite sure if I would actually try out any crochet projects for January. (Other than my temperature blanket that is!) However I found this really cute ear warmer and I knew it would be perfect with this weird weather pattern we're about to enter into. (Yay! For wacky Florida winters!)
The Project
A Faux Turban Ear Warmer
Pattern from MY and GG
Supplies Needed:
1 Skein Medium Weight Yarn (I used Vannas Choice Pink)
Results
I was really excited to try out this pattern and I even bought pink yarn to make it with. I was actually shocked at how easy it is to make and that its actually made with two separate parts.
I easily worked up two parts and then I stitched up the two parts together.
Originally I tried single crocheting the two pieces together, but it didn't work out the way I wanted it to. So I switched it up and just whip stitched the pieces together.
Here is how it turned out:
I love how it keeps my ears warm and has a little bit of style to it at the same time!
